Where do I upload my Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP)?

After booking an appointment through the client portal, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This email will include an intake form, where you can conveniently upload your Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP).

How many sessions do I get with my MHCP?

You are entitled to 10 Medicare-covered sessions per calendar year.

Do I have to pay once I’ve used all 10-sessions?

After your 10 Medicare-covered sessions are used, each subsequent session will be $170, not covered by Medicare. At the start of each calendar year, you’ll be eligible for another 10 Medicare-covered sessions.

Do I need a MHCP to book my first appointment?

You don’t need a MHCP to book an appointment. However, to have your first session bulk billed, a MHCP must be in place by the time of your appointment.
