Cancellation Policy

At Bulk Billing Psychologists, we take pride in offering free and accessible telehealth counselling services nationwide. Ensuring the smooth operation of our services and maintaining availability for all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

  • Clients must provide at least one business day’s notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments, with business days defined as Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, excluding public holidays.

  • The Cancellation Policy takes effect at 9 am one business day before the scheduled appointment. Requests for cancellation or rescheduling must be recieved by this time either through the Client Portal or contacting us via email or phone. Outside office hours, clients can leave a message, send an email, reply to a reminder SMS, or use our Client Portal to cancel appointments.

  • If you miss or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice for three telehealth appointments, we will refer you to another provider. Since we don't charge cancellation fees, we ask that you respect this policy by giving sufficient notice, allowing us to offer the time to other clients in need.

It's important to note that this policy applies to all clients, including those funded by NDIS, TAC and Work Cover.

Clients are reminded to adhere to cancellation deadlines based on their appointment day, adjusting for any public holidays preceding the appointment.
